 Dear Interested Parents: Minimize

Thank you for your interest in Trace Academy as a place to educate your child.  We appreciate your interest and hope this information will be helpful.

We are a Christ-centered parent cooperative school offering kindergarten through the eighth grade. Our primary commitment is to nurture children toward responsible maturity through Christ-centered teaching and academic excellence.  Our mission statement is to know Christ who is truth and grace and to make Him known (Trace).

Enclosed is information for you to keep regarding our policies and philosophy of education.  Please read these carefully and thoughtfully.  As we are a family cooperative school, the success of our program depends on families agreeing to support mutually accepted objectives.

If you decide to pursue applying to Trace, please contact our Registrar to receive an application packet.  There is a non-refundable application fee of $75.00. Students require an entrance exam and a testing fee of $25.00 is due at testing time.  You will be notified of the date on which your child will be tested.  Eligibility will be based on the criteria detailed in the enclosed “Criteria for Enrollment”. An enrollment fee of $225.00 per student is payable when submitting the application package. This will be refunded if not accepted into the school, but not refunded once accepted.

Please know that we will prayerfully and carefully evaluate your application and trust the Lord that the best will be done for you and your child.

We desire to keep communication open with regard to your interest in Trace.  Please feel free to call the school registrar (407-306-0887) if you have any questions.  Thank you again for your interest in Trace.

In Christ,

The Board of Directors
